| Babworth Rovers JFC 0-2 Bessacarr FC : The U12s were crowned 2nd Division Champions yesterday after a tense Championship Play Off decider against Babworth Rovers. After finishing the season level on points at the top of the table, League rules required the 2 teams to play a Championship decider, and after the toss of a coin to decide the venue, the game was played away at Babworth's ground. Bessacarr controlled the game from the start, and first half goals from Ross Barron and Rhys Jackson gave the boys a deserved victory. A fitting reward for a successful season - well done to all 17 boys in the squad, who all played their part in this fantastic achievement! |
